Agave House is a 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom mountain retreat with views from every angle. The space includes an open plan Chef’s kitchen, living and dining area – perfect for entertaining - indoor fire place, outdoor kitchen and group dining space, fire pit, hammocks, teak jacuzzi and meditation / yoga deck nestled in the agaves overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Agave House comes fully furnished and equipped for your stay with bespoke and custom design pieces throughout, exclusively designed by award-winning Malibu Market & Design.

LOCATION
Worlds away, yet close to everything.
Agave House is located in the Malibu Mountains off Mipolomol Road, a 10 minute drive from County Line Beach and the Pacific Coast Highway and 20 minutes from Zuma Beach. It is accessed by a private dirt road from Yerba Buerna Rd (4wd is not necessary).
It is 1 hr and 15 minutes from LAX for commercial flights or 30 – 45 minutes from Santa Monica, Van Nuys and Camarillo Airports for private charters.
It is a 45 minute drive north to Santa Barbara and a 45 minute drive South to Santa Monica.
BOOKING
Accommodation
Bookings can be made 12 months prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival, 90 days for long stays. Guest occupancy is a maximum of 8 people (2 people per bedroom).
